AthElite Strength & Conditioning is led by Ross Celano, a performance coach with experience across clinical, community, and high-performance sport environments. With a background in strength and conditioning and applied sport science, Ross specialises in helping athletes train consistently, rebuild capacity following injury, and progress safely back to performance through structured, evidence-based coaching.

Performance Coaching
(In Person & Online)
Ongoing performance coaching for athletes seeking structured, long-term support. Programming is tailored to your sport, injury history, and goals, with intelligent progression to build strength, durability, and confidence over time. Available in person or online.
Return-to-Play Foundation Package
A structured 12 week program designed for athletes transitioning from rehab back to full performance. This service provides guided progression, key review points, and individualised strength and conditioning to rebuild capacity, confidence, and durability following injury or surgery.
Remote Performance Programming
Individualised strength and conditioning for athletes training independently. Programming is tailored to sport demands and injury history, with structured progression and monthly updates to support consistent, sustainable development.
NDIS Exercise & Capacity Building
Individualised exercise support tailored to an individual’s disability, goals, and functional needs. Sessions focus on improving strength, mobility, balance, and confidence through structured, evidence-based exercise delivered in a supportive environment.
